• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking inside the apartment.
• Small pets may be allowed upon request.
• Maximum number of guests: as per your booking confirmation.

Please take care of the apartment and its contents as you would your own home. Any damage or breakages should be reported immediately. You will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements in case of damage caused by negligence. 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Alicante. By confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
