1. Booking & Payment

To secure your stay, a 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival, either in cash or via the agreed payment method. A security deposit of €200 will be requested upon arrival and will be promptly refunded after check-out, provided everything is left in good condition.

2. Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to change your dates, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you and offer alternative dates, subject to availability.  No-shows or early departures will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Check-in & Check-out

 Check-in: From 4:00 PM (early check-in may be possible if arranged in advance).

 Check-out: Before 12:00 AM.  Please let us know your approximate arrival time at least 24 hours in advance so we can welcome you personally and hand over the keys.
