1. Booking & Payment

To secure your stay, a 20% booking deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival. We accept cash, PayPal, or bank transfer for your convenience.

The booking deposit is non-refundable. If your plans change, we may transfer this amount to new dates, provided that you request the change at least 30 days before the original check-in date and the new dates are available. In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.

A separate security deposit of €200 is also required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out, as long as the property and its contents are left in good condition.

3. Check-in & Check-out

 Check-in: From 4:00 PM (early check-in may be possible if arranged in advance).

 Check-out: Before 12:00 PM (midday).  Late check-out is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

Please let us know your approximate arrival time at least 24 hours in advance so we can welcome you personally and hand over the keys.
