• Very well connected by tram and bus. Access in 5 or 10 minutes by public transport to the city center, shopping centers, leisure areas, Carrefour, Lidl, etc.
• Fully equipped: Internet WIFI, dishwasher, clothes dryer, hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator, bed linen, towels, TV, iron, kettle, microwave, oven, cooking utensils, etc. 
• The apartment belongs to a condominium containing a children playground area, 2 independent swimming pools (each of them has a child zone and an adult zone) and free community parking.
• It's in a tranquil and safe area 5 minutes away from the fine sand Albufereta Beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag distinction. It is a sheltered beach with calm waters. It is perfect for practicing water sports. It also has a promenade. Services are available such as toilets, sunshade and sun lounger hire and disabled access.
