Cancellation policy

To secure your stay, a 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival, either in cash or via the agreed payment method. 

The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to change your dates, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you and offer alternative dates, subject to availability. No-shows or early departures will be charged the full booking amount.
